 We are a family-owned business specializing in high quality residential remodeling, historic home renovations, and new construction of contemporary custom homes in the Dallas area.  

 

    In addition to acting as general contractor for remodeling and construction services, we also offer in-house exterior and interior design services.  Through our design services we offer our clients a direct pass-through of wholesale pricing that we receive from our vendors, resulting in significant cost savings to our clients.

 

    In addition to new construction projects, examples of our past projects include:

 

• Design and remodel of kitchen and bathrooms, including cabinet work, tile work, countertops fabrication and installation, new appliance and plumbing and electrical fixtures installation, and glass work;

• Design and remodeling of master closets;

• Design and construction of outdoor living spaces—including pools, outdoor kitchens, semi-enclosed outdoor living areas, and decks; and

• Wine cabinets.

 

What about Costs?

    

    No two construction or remodeling jobs are alike.  Among many other factors, the cost of a particular project depends on the scale of the job, and the quality of materials and fixtures the client wishes to use.  We offer free estimates and are happy to compete with any other proposals you receive from other contractors.  Based on our experience, we believe that we offer the best price—value proposition for high-end remodeling work in the Dallas area.
